DHL has the most amazing staff. Just recently I purchased an item internationally. My package was on the verge of being sent to the state warehouse because the supplying company was a bit delayed in submitting certain documents for customs clearance. I feared I would lose out on the purchase but this superhero named Phindile Khumalo the Acting Stops Advisor at DHL International came to my rescue. She ensured that the supplier sent the documents just in the nick of time. She kept me updated at every step and trust me I was annoying but she remained professional and helpful at every step of the way. I couldn't thank you enough Ms Khumalo and DHL you truly are amazing.
