Superb customer service!
Following on my previous DHL content 8 October 2024 ( Shipment no: *** )
I must compliment Buhle Sekoboane (Executive Office || South Africa ZA | DHL Express) for her unwavering commitment to resolving my DHL complaint. She honestly 'walked the extra mile' resolving the issue and then the continued flow-ups & updates on the package delivery. And after delivery! Exactly how to manage a problem and provide brilliant customer service! (DHL - you have a gem of an employee here!) Thank you Buhle!
