Super service, 6 out of 5!
Absolutely amazing service received from Caroline de Kock at DHL International who assisted me in booking two separate parcel collection & shipments. I had a terrible experience initially with two DHL operators dropping my call but Caroline managed to turn my bad experience into a great experience through her patient, friendly and professional service.
