Such a friendly professional lady
I called DHL this morning to arrange for a collection from our offices and had the pleasure of speaking to Julie. She was professional, friendly and very helpful. I wish all DHL agents could have such great attitudes!! I would like to thank this lady for helping me and for putting a smile on my face.<br> Keep up the excellent work Julie!
