struggling to get parcel delivered

MY package arrived in the country on 15 Nov 2017 (yes almost 2 months ago) waybill ********** 903 I paid the taxes and rates - then received the news that it will undergo inspection - I sent the relevant docs, fast forward to mid Dec - I get an email stating I will be penalised because I do not have an importers license (but I do and I had to resend proof that I have a license) okay 20 Dec it gets released, but then again it is not bengi delivered I called 22 Dec and they said it will be delivered by 22 Dec - no delivery I thought okay it is the Christmas holidays there will be a slowdown and I understand it so on 27 Dec I call asking if it has been moved from the gov warehouse to DHL for delivery - not yet but they will and it will take 24 hours I should get delivery by that friday, Friday comes and goes, on tuesday 2 January I call again - it has not bene moved yet but it has been arranged and delivery should be within 2 days, so I call back on thursday, and again it has not been moved, I would just like to get my package it has been almost 2 months - I understand that there will be unforseen situations with customs, but now it just seems like no one is taking any actions in following up on this last part of my packages' journey - Janco
