****** parcel by DHL staff
DHL will not update you, they always wait for people to complain before they act, My sister bought me My sister bought us gifts from London, We waited and waited for DHL to deliver, they kept on saying my Parcel was sitting with Customs, I kept on calling until they decided to charge me R1300 as custom duties, they then delivered my parcel, but a phone was ****** from a parcel(obviously it shows that DHL has employed *****s), I informed them, they can to my workplace to collect a parcel. They are telling me that the parcel has been declared missing by their security department and that My sister must contact DHL London to claim. My question is what are they going to do regarding the Custom duties , I was charged R1300, what was that for? A missing parcel? And what about the hussles they gave us? What about the parcel that was collected from my work place? POOR SERVICE, I Will make sure that the whole South Africa will know about these company.
