Stole the cash that was paid!

Asked someone to send me a parcel. The parcel was paid but no tracking number was given nor a proof of payment as there was a missing document needed to send this parcel. The guy at the counter assured the sender can return with the document when it's ready. Went back there today and the same guy was arguing that the shipment was never paid. He was asked to review the cameras and his reply was that the cameras don't work. This was a cash payment. Managed to take a picture of the guy behind the counter. I feel the need to make this person famous on social media. This happened at the DHL branch Kabulonga, Lusaka. Be careful and never trust friendly so called customer service representatives. I had to make another international payment to have it shipped. Pathetic and ********! Karma will eat you! 31 July, check the cameras at 12 noon onwards.!
