Stinking attitude and service
<p>I went to the DHL office at 100 Rivonia road to collect both mine and my husband passports after a successful US visa application. I brought along the tracking numbers as well as my proof of identity as advised on the leaflet provided to me at the US consulate, nowhere was it specified that I had to bring my husband's written permission to collect his passport - I only had a copy of his passport and visa application confirmation document.</p> <p>The man who assisted me was very rude and told me that he will not give me my husband's passport. Whilst I understand and respect the processes, I am irritated and disgusted at this man's attitude. Instead of explaining the process to me so I can know what is required of me in order to collect my husband's documents, he was more interested in saying no and talking to me with a very condencending tone at the top of his voice as if his aim was to embarass me in front of that little office where everyone can hear our conversation.</p> <p>After he handed me my passport, I left the office and sat in my car and wept out of anger from this man's ridiculing behaviour. I am not sure I even want to go into that office again! Its a pity I didnt get his name but he was on the desk around 08:45 this morning (10.08.2017)</p>

Thank you for your response Nosicelo. I went to fetch my husband's passport and found the same guy in the office - I understand he's a security guard. He refused to apologise, instead he walked to the back of the store.
I, at least received an apology from the lady I found in store.
