Still waiting to get a straight answer about package delays

It has been over 2 weeks since my package has arrived in JHB, other packages has come in and paid for and delivered, but for some reason no one can give me a straight answer, then I hear it is cleared and I can expect delivery the next day, the next day nothing and the tracking info stays the same. Then there is Aletta Tshabalala - who for some reason can never answer the questions I mail to her, and just sends me the same old message that she is waiting for a response from customs. Her e-mails and the details I get from calling in seems to never match - I had to find out that I needed to send docs via the call center, not her (even though I asked several times via email If she needed more info from me) - I am getting the idea she just does not read the emails she gets and only responds with her list of one liners - in all the years of choosing to have DHL deliver my international parcels - this has been the worst service ever
