Still waiting for a resolution

So I found out my package that was intended to go to Qatar ended up in Portugal on 22 Nov. I am still waiting for this to be resolved. I was promised that my package will be collected from Portugal today and will be sent to me. I am still waiting.This such an important document and I feel DHL are not making this a priority enough seeing that this was A HUGE ERROR made from them. I am so frustrated.
