Still waiting!!!
I am STILL waiting to have my parcel cleared from customs - this is now going into it's second week after I have already supp**** my documents AND made payment. <br> Getting hold of the person dealing with my shipment, Aleta, is harder than having to get hold of someone in the presidential office! <br> <br> I phone countless times a day and have to hold until I am blue in the face. <br> <br> I was told by Aleta that this would be sorted out by the 24th of December, yet, by the 28th, I can still not get hold of her. <br> <br> DHL simply doesn't give two hoots about customer service. High rates yes, but no service to back up their excessive pricing! <br> <br> I submitted a complaint a few days ago and received a stock standard response ...

I understand that this incident has been of great disappointment to you and I assure you that this matter has not been taken lightly and is in no way reflective of the level of service that DHL Express prides itself in. In as much as we endeavor for positive customer experiences we do not control the customs clearance process. The transit times quoted on our shipments is dependent on customs clearance and the customs authorities in the country.
Kindly provide me with your DHL awb number to better assist you with your query ?
