Still no parcel for me

<p>My parcel arrived in Jhb on Monday ********** 573 tracking number. I did not receive any call for delay. I called and I was told they need invoice and pop. I sent everything thru email. Tuesday morning no feedback had to call again was told to wait they updating the information. Was given invoice online payment was not wrking so I did transfer, waited still nothing Wednesday morning called told all is in order. After 12 called was told I need to resubmit to someone else. Even now no update. Would like to know when I will get my parcel cause Friday is holiday than it's weekend. Why am not getting a call if there is a change and something is needed. I do have cellphone and email even thou it's belong to my sis but I get messages. Does this mean if u don"t call than u won"t know anything .</p>
