Still no parcel after 5weeks and payments made already. DHL poor service
5 weeks an no parcel received , payments made from my side yet no one can tell me when my parcel will be delivered. Poor service .
Please can you help me resolve this.

As discussed with you previously, the shipment is currently undergoing normal VOC process with Customs . The process can take up to 5-7 working days .
In as much as we endeavor for positive customer experiences we do not control the customs clearance process. The transit times quoted on our shipments are dependent on customs clearance and the customs authorities in the country.
We are closely monitoring the Customs updates regarding any matters that concern your parcel .
We will be sure to update you as soon as we received additional feedback.
