Still no joy from the usless DHL

so DHL send me an email that they will keep me updated. however I send mails and more mails and phone call and just nothing happens. This is the worst service I have ever received, I received better service from the Government then from DHL.

Thank you for posting.

I have checked with the agent that is handling your case with customs and he confirms that he has spoken to you and Phillip in this regards. He has advised that your shipment is under inspection as per protocol by the NRCS.

Please note DHL cannot interfere with this process, the agent will update you again once we receive a report from the NRCS.
