Stay away from DHL when doing imports

<p>As a company that imports a lot of stuff, we now and then make use of DHL, but more than 50% it is a disaster. My parcel nr GM ********** ********** 6707 has now been in the RSA for three days and on the way from the USA since 25 November 2016 - delayed in Frankfurt for a long time - and all we can get from a lady that speaks English with an accent that I can barely understand is that it is at customs, an organisation where we never wait for any clearance of parcels. So, waiting is the name of the game and the attitude from DHL is totally non-interested. Not one cent from me again!</p>
