Stay Away from DHL Express
DHL is slower than the South African Post Office. We usually use another provider but one of our suppliers from China ships using DHL. Nearly every 2nd parcel has a problem. With our other provider parcel just arrive on time and with no hassle. We have two shipments that have been on hold. One for a month already and the 2nd for other 2 weeks. They are in South Africa but DHL Express doesn't answer their phones nore email. My advise is don't pay until the shipment has cleared customs. Also there system just send up **** updates to make it look like they are doing something when they are not.
Really do not use this company if you can help it. They will cost you and your business money. I suspect they will close down soon as they seem to be having some opertional and financial difficulties.
