I booked to have a paper collected in USA on 7 August 2025. By 14 August it still has not been collected. I called DHL at ***to find out what the issue is. I spoke to some really stupid person who did not have a clue, he said he will put me through to the next one, etc. In the end I was 22 minutes on the phone - wasting all my airtime - and nobody at DHL have a clue what is going on.
