Special people make the difference
Eric Mahlaela gets 5 stars for his intervention in DHLs puzzling scheduling. He represents the kind of people that keep large organizations that may have lost touch with their clients afloat. I hope his enthusiasm and professionalism don’t go unrecognised. Thanks.
