South African Postal Service in disguise!!!

This is the worst service I have ever had to endure from a global company.

What is the use of using DHL if you are just the South African Postal Service in disguise, maybe even worse. Packages ordered from China have doubled back, set out a five course meal for the Queen while arranging and hosting a festival for Covid survivors and taken a vacation to the Netherlands, and you have not been able to move forward or shown any progress in a month. And here I was thinking China being ground zero would be the slowest because of the trading limitations they have imposed on them.

What is your excuse?

Can I now please get an update and timeline of delivery of my package that was sent 3 months ago from the States. And for the last month there is no update and all I get from anyone is the standard monotonous reply I now refer to as the DHL slogan - "Wait 10 days and if not delivered contact merchant or........." Whatever BS we are fed on the day!

Can I go and pick it up or what am I to do???

Where is it???

Why the delay for a 1.2kg package from the States and reputable and trusted merchant/client of DHL???

The damage the delivery of this package has caused to the environment is something one can not fathom. Globe Troter of note I tell you. Why send it to the Netherlands after landing in South Africa for sorting i don't understand. Just to be sent back again for delivery. If ever this will happen.
