Slow service, poor planning

I have been trying to get DHL to collect 4 large crates from my warehouse in Midrand for weeks now, when they finally arrived on Friday they did not bring tie downs and the vehicle was too small, they have the dimensions of the packages, how do they still manage to send a too small vehicle. I am still waiting for them to come collect today, they are putting a business opportunity at risk with this poor service. This shipment is costing me a massive amount of money to get sent to its location, yet i cant get DHL to supply me with a proper service. it is pathetic.
