Slow, dreadful service. Every time, without exception.

<p>Without question, DHL Global Forwarding is the slowest and most disorganised delivery service on the planet. Each and every time I have used them for a delivery from the USA to Asia, tracking information will stop somewhere along the way, then there is no reponse sometimes for weeks. Delivery times are sometimes six weeks to Asia, or almost the same transit time as surface mail by sea.</p> <p> </p> <p>Customers are unhappy, I am unhappy and my business is worth more than saving a few dollars by using DHL. Stay far, far away from this group if you want to keep your international customers happy.</p>
