Slow as a sloth delivery

I ordered from Germany and the shop said it will arrive 3-4 workdays. That was on oct 28, and my package is nowhere to be found since then. The tracker is slow and not correct, and honestly: what could YOUR the staff do 2 WHOLE WORK DAYS in my home country at the depo?! Never use that service again!
