Shockingly bad service. No delivery!
I ordered a wedding dress from china and paid a fortune for shipping with DHL as I thought they were the best with the \7 day money back guarantee"they have had my dress with them at customs Johannesburg since the 7th of sept. We are now at the 20th. I phoned ALOT and asked what's going on and one after the other I was told that there is nothing to be paid and that my dress would be delivered. It was randomly selected for an audit last week Tuesday (the day I was told I would get it or latest Thursday) then Thursday came and it went for inspection"
