Shocking story about lost confidential court documents and the poorest customer service in the country.

Shockingly bad experience. READ THIS BEFORE ENTRUSTING ANYTHING TO THIS COMPANY.

Important document (originals) that were appoostilled and had to get to court in Serbia were lost by DHL.

They had a lackadaisical approach at first, but I was patient and polite.

After declaring them officially lost they went quiet and inspite of my patient follow up nothing happened about claiming.

The worst is yet to come though, I contacted customer care to let them know that my court document had landed in the hands of ****mers who are now ******ing money from me to return it. They have intimate knowledge such as my ID number, my child's name and date of birth, the fact that his father is dead and more. The customer care representative told me "that is not the case". In other words, she called me a **** and proved that actually DHL knows very well what actually happened to my documents!

I wish to warn everyone please never entrust anything to this company. You will regret it for the rest of your life.

It is unreliable, and when problems happen you will be ignored, gaslighted and left with no recourse.

Also, ****mers will now know everything about you and never leave you alone.
