Shocking Service - Late Delivery - Rude staff
Good Day,

Waybill: ***

I sent documents from Pretoria, South Africa on Monday 30th March 2015 to Toronto, Ontario to be delivered via International Expresson an arrival time of 2-3 working days.

After the item arrived in Heathrow, Unite Kingdom on the 31st March 2015, there it remained until the 7th April 2015. My final call to DHL told it was lost. Every single time someone told me that I would be contacted, it did not happen.

Mysteriously on the 7th April 2015, there was movement on the tracking data and departed for Toronto, Canada.

On the 8th April 2015, the receiver was contacted and told delivery would be made tomorrow and she was aksed about the delivery where she specifically stated that it should be left with the doorman of her apartment building.

On the 9th April 2015, I received an email that a delivery was attempted but no one was home. I called DHL , why the delivery was not left with with the doorman and it was said to me that those instructions could not have been made before the parcel arrived in Canada, at which point I pointed out to her that it had arrived in Canada hence the phone call . She pointed out that this could not be done by phone.
