Shocking service from DHL!!!

Do not use DHL! I paid R600 to courier one document to the UK over a week ago, I just phoned as the document never arrived, only to be advised the document is somewhere in the states they made a mistake. I now have to wait to be contacted by somebody tomorrow morning in order to acknowledge my request to have this returned to the correct address. I expect this from a government institution - absolutely shocking and the last time I will ever use DHL!!!!!!

Thank you DHL for the great way in rectifying your error, parcel was delivered 8 days later and I was kept up to date every step of the way. The document got there just in time to not have the passport application cancelled. Appreciate the professional way this was dealt with.
