Shocking service dhl
Don’t even deserve a 1 star, should be minus 5 star DHL Collected tickets from Lisbon for Valencia Moto GP on Thursday and committed to delivering them in Valencia on Friday Charged us the express overnight rate of 77euros for a package of 2 grams ( yes 2 grams, 2 paper tickets ) The race is now finished and tickets haven’t even arrived yet. Someone’s dream of seeing Vale’s last race shattered. We called dhl Johannesburg which is whom we did the transaction with and they pass the buck by telling us to call Valência, nobody answers in valência. The tracking shows the tickets arrived in Valência at 10am on Saturday morning but nobody bothered to deliver them 15 minutes down the road. Really shocking service
The worst part is there’s dhl advertising all over the track, so one would think dhl actually cares about the supporters, but it’s clearly not the case because the package clearly stated Moto GP tickets but no one bothered to go the extra mile and save the day
