Shocking

I booked an urgent shipment for a document from Jburg to Musina which I was advised will be delivered the following day which is today. I then tracked the parcel this afternoon and saw it was on hold. I emailed the consultant who had quoted me for the shipment and did not get a response until i phoned contact centre. I was then informed the parcel will be delivered on Wednesday because the parcel arrived at the depot late. I had paid over R800 compared to courier guy based on the fact that it was urgent and needed to be in Musina today. Absolutely shocking service. The consultant has now escalated the issue and I am told someone will contact me. CS***
