Shocked and Appalled ..

Im really upset because your agents are not doing their jobs . When I initially called on the 22nd August 2024 the first thing I highlighted is that we do not have an exporter/importer code , an agent called Ncedo Tshaisa said it would not be an issue. It would be my first time utilizing such a service, surely that sort of information should be basic.

Please pull out recordings to listen to our conversations . I called again on 9/11 spoke to a Kholofelo Manetja who confirmed the same thing. She requoted me and I accepted quote . Now you telling me after all that admin I must bear the brunt of agents who misinformed me to close a sale? The paper work should have been checked as it was sent prior to the unit being picked up. The whole process has been flawed .

This morning an agent advised that the unit can be shipped off without exporter code if its less that 50k. So if I put that unit at cost without the mark up added its actually less than 50. I called literally 5 minutes ago and another agent says its only for individuals . So what on earth is really going in that call center ??
