Good day

Please assist urgently with my shipment. The tracking is still showing “Shipment on hold/Clearance Event” as of 5 September.

The shipment remains on hold. Please confirm whether the payment has been allocated, whether the State Vet inspection has been completed, and what exactly is still outstanding before the shipment can be completed.
