Shipment on hold for 3 weeks
My sister ordered a phone on revibe for me and it has been stuck on hold for 3 weeks now. We have submitted the itac form and its been a week but still. This is very upsetting cause im in need of the device and things are so unclear. I wonder why DHL does such a terrible thing of holding on to items that we are in need of .

Please be advised that all relevant details regarding the release of this shipment and the required documentation were shared with Promise Manana (***).The receiver is required to complete the permit application process and submit the approved permit to DHL in order for us to proceed with clearance and delivery. These requirements were initially communicated on 28 May, and the matter is currently being monitored by the Imports team for assistance.
Kindly ensure that the permit, once received, is forwarded to ***. Additionally, please follow up directly with ITAC regarding the permit application using the following contact: ***.Please note that DHL does not issue permits.
