Shipment ID: *** still not delivered

I'm writing a follow up complain on DHL International Pty Ltd. We are now in March 2025 my parcel hasn't been delivered. After I complained to Hellopeter DHL staff contacted me requesting ITAC permit to clear the shipment, which was released by ITAC, I sent it to them, they have kept quite, I have been sending emails they are not responding.

After sending the ITAC permit countless times, I sent a follow up email on Tuesday 25 Feb 2025 titled Shipment ID: ********** - to the following zaceooffice, lindiwe.tshabalala, csmtracing, ie.dubbackline, ie.keyaccounts

None of them bothered to respond. This is unprofessional and very frustrating.
