Shipment has been held for the past 3months and no valid reason

Hie My story is very long i have had such a bad experience from dhl.....i wonder why ...My shipment has been with them for the past 3months now and its been stories and stories long stories i paid alot of money for those items but they can not deliver them ....my goods were to be delivered on the 9th of sept and they went for testing of which nothing was found still they could not deliver i kept calling and being transferred to different people up until i was told literature was needed .....spoke to my supplier and she sent the literature but no reply no feed back actually i ended up calling this professional guy who was handling my case but was kept on hold for 30mins and because i was also at work i dropped the call he then sent me an email ....he said he has submitted the literature and will make a follow up that day...till today i havent heard anything from the guy...can somebody pliz explain to me what kind of service is that ...and does my literature also under go some tests???i wonder what is happening but all i want is my package there is nothing wrong with it unless you guys want it...this is very disappointing and i will neva eva in the near future use DHL they keep on telling me about customs am i the one one to handle customs or its your job ... Pliz can you be professional and act accordingly because right now i dont even know what to do all i want is my staff not stories
