Shipment declined
Shipment tracking number : ********** 913 I received it on the 02 August 2018 and I have no problems with the product because it not what I was suppose to get. now when I am returning it it back and want to ship it back. I am told about lithium battery regulations.
1.These are smart watches their batteries are builtin
so if I am returning the product back to the supplier why should it be declined to be moved because yes collected it but its not the product i needed so why should it be declined to be shipped back if it the case how did it get in the Country.

As discussed the shipment was wont be accepted as the shipment contains several devises that contain a lithium battery due to IATA regulation. the only way this shipment would be permitted for transit is if we could get the shippers DHL Express international account number to move the shipment back to origin.
I have opened a request with origin to provide me with the transit account number to secure the collection of your shipment. I will contact you tomorrow morning at 11:00AM to further advise you.
