Shamiela and Nolu exemplify customer service above and beyond anything I have encountered. They are happy, helpful and extremely efficient. The most depressing thing about my experience is the news that spews forth paun and beaurocracy to these poor ladies for their entire working exoerience whilst sucking the life and joy out of its customers. You have the infrastructure to put positive motivational content thzt could uplift/ create edutainment one has to ask who the manager worker sitting in their ivory tower came to the conclusion that this is good and a positive form of staff motivation.
