SHAME ON DHL SERVICE

I would put DHL in the same category as the South African Post Office , One cannot rate them on service , as they both do not have it.

Shame on you DHL to be rated similar to the GPO.

I have for the past few days trying to track parcel ,Shipment ID/Tracking number: RX***DE . DHL contact number rings for ever , and when finally getting through to them , say the Post Office has the parcel. On contacting the Post Office , they have no record of the parcel and suggest going back to DHL..
