Pathetic and joke of a courier service. Every process is delayed right from shipping so as to get maximum amount of money from people in late charges. No one is actually on their phone lines. The delivery of a package took almost 2 months after it was delivered. And the customs fee was almost 100%. Only DHL can come up with such ways of laundering money. 0 stars if possible
