Service Pathetic, Support staff ***********.

I've used DHL twice now to collect packages in the US and deliver to Pretoria, South Africa. Both times the package was not collected for more than 2 weeks. The support staff is clueless and unable to assist? What is so hard about collecting a package that is booked and paid for? This morning I spoke to Nosimo and she was as clueless as the previous people. How many phone calls must I make to DHL before they figure out how to handle a package? If the people in America did not prefer DHL, I would never use them. The South African branch is completely ***********.
