Second time DHL is a mess up

My sister lives in the UK and occasionally sends a parcel home to south Africa with birthday or Christmas presents in it.<br> <br> She has tried twice now to send it via DHL using their express delivery service.<br> <br> The first time they made us pay hundreds in an \import tax"even though it wasn't actually required as my sister had paid that side and the goods weren't for resale.<br> <br> So we got over that and now she tried again"
