**** OR WHAT ?
Extremely disappointed with DHL, I am expecting a package of which I was surprised why it was taking so long, the only notification I got from them was to send my passport number and from there I had to follow them and ask what is happening my parcel , that’s when they told me I need to pay for customs which I did immediately and they told me that’s was the only hold up. Now when I’m expecting delivery, they are still quiet I need to follow them again and they tell me they can’t deliver until I get permit, more reasons to delay my package and all of a sudden after the parcel has traveled many checkpoints I now need a permit!? Then why did they collect my money from me first then tell me this after , that’s being a *****!
