Ordered some silk flowers \express delivery\" from China - which I needed urgently and weren't available in South Africa.<br> They have now been on hold as \"clearance event\" for more than 2 weeks! <br> Have contacted DHL numerous times via email and telephone to be told every time that someone will get back to me - they have yet to do so! <br> I have sent proof of purchase/payment and a bank statement to Teboho and Caroline -both of whom I am still waiting to hear back from. I don't even know what the delay is?! 2 weeks for silk flowers in a \"random customs check\" - really?! I am told this is a \"regular DHL problem\"<br> Would appreciate some feedback asap as my purchase protection is about to expire and I really need those flowers!"
