Rugby World Cup Tickets enquiry
DHL is the company that will be distributing the tickets for the Rugby World Cup. I tried to contact DHL in Johannesburg to find out when it will be distributed. I made a couple of enquiries on DHL websit, no response. I phoned DHL, but they cannot assist and provided me with a number *** but for the last couple of days that I phoned this number, no one answer.<br> <br> I just want to know when will DHL start to distribute the tickets
