Rude staff

I would like to lay a complaint about one of your staff from the brynston branch I think her name is Lloyd or something like that she's the rudest person on earth and has no respect for human kind. She is not customer oriented and lack respect and love for her job.

So I got there at exactly 5PM but they had already closedthe doors even though on the door it's written that they close at 6pm which is not a problem things have changed due to Covid19, however I expect her to come closer and explain that instead of her screaming from her desk while there was another customer inside being assisted by her colleague while she was sitting and doing nothing.

She went on screaming from the top of her lungs to tell me that she's been there since 7am and she didn't even have lunch...the tone and her attitude is what just drove me off the wall.
