Rude collection!
I needed DHL to collect a package for me that had to be sent to Cape Town. I was told by the agency the documents are for to print the waybills one for him to take, and for him to sign and leave with me. I was also told to put my envelope into the DHL container, supp**** by DHL. The collection man rudely walked into my office, took my envelope, refused to sign any of my copies said it was not needed. And when I asked him for the container, he told me it was in the truck. Refused to go get it so I could seal it. Important stuff could end up anywhere now. Rude and unpleasant to deal with. Very disappointed.
