Sent a package from South Africa to my partner who is in Vancouver, nearly 2 weeks ago.. Yet the package is still not been cleared and is being "held". It's now 4 days after the delivery date. No one is giving us an indication of what is happening and my partner is due to leave Vancouver in a few days without receiving his birthday gift. Tracking: *** After spending so much money and getting reassured that the package will arrive in time, only to be given disappointing and useless service.
What's going to happen with the package now, as it doesn't seem like my partner will receive it before the weekend, when it shows that it's delivered on the 26th of August, yet he still doesn't have it.
