I am in SA for immigration visa. Visa was approved and DHL Rivonia Road selected to pick up our passports for us to collect from the office. I called to get some information on Friday and received no help at all to my questions regarding pick up of our documents. I could tell the lady just wanted to get out the office and not be bothered with me. We are in a major time crunch and I'm trying to find out how many times a week passports are picked up from the US Consul Johannesburg. I understand this is holiday season and have no idea what your hours are. Please could someone clarify as no one was able to answer my question at this office. Thank you.

Please note that you will need to contact the US Consulate to find out the readiness of your passports, DHL only collect upon request of the Consulate and as we could imagine, the immense security policies of client confidentiality will not be shared with DHL as we are simply their logistics provider.
I do know that you would also receive an SMS from DHL once your passports are ready for collection at the designated DHL service centre, I apologize that I am unable to provide any further information, please may you alert me once you’ve received any news from the Consulate so I can ensure that there are no further delays after the handover.
