Dear DHL you are the biggest *******. I paid you a fortune to deliver a parcel, weeks later it never arrived. It's been there at porth health for almost 1 week now speak to one of your clearance department that porth health required a products description what inside the box which is isent already on the 08th November.. Now i just received an email that the porth health has approved the labelling and i need to print them on sticky labels send to dhl .. I Don't understand what sticky labels dhl talking about because i sent products description via pdf file now you want me to print all that... She said Please ensure that the labels will fit each items. How can i print the labels f i don't know the size of each products this is ridiculous why need labels if the products already have packaging details i need to get that products ASAP ? Will never ever use again dhl and tell all my friends not to use it..

Please be advised whilst DHL makes every effort to facilitate customs clearance on a shipment in a timely manner, Port Health is a government entity and we have to abide by their rules.
I will contact my imports in regards to your request and will give you an update on Monday.
