Never ever use DHL Express their services is not even express they can't even solved problems with Porth Health biggest **********!!! Never ever again i use dhl many times but this is the first time i get **** services!!!

Thank you for taking the time to post to us and we apologize that our service hasn't met your expectations.
As previously advised, please re-send the labels with someone to re-do the labeling as it was not done on all the products. The labels must not be removable. The person must also bring something to clean the oil bottles as some of the labels have fallen off. We had the same issues with the previous shipment sent by you and we did advise you that you cannot send samples that contain Kojic acid into the country without an authorization from the MCC however the very same samples are being sent again. The inspector did point out that since you have hidden/ marked-off some of the words or ingredients with a black marker it clearly shows that you are aware that this will not be acceptable. The inspector has advised that they need to refer this case to Head office (Department of Health in Pretoria) for recommendation.
