ridiculously long turn around / response time

My experience with DHL has been appalling!<br> First when my pacel was picked up in America (CA), the couriers just didn't pitch and no explanation what so ever was given.<br> After they picked up and dropped off at the processing depot, things moved quickly UNTIL it arrived at DHL South Africa. I used the tracking facility on the DHL website to see where my parcel was and even though I knew it had already landed and I should have been contacted immediately to declare the items for customs and then make payment for the duty and tax, I just found the DHL staff absolutely useless in getting in touch with me and in fact will take 2 days or so to even respond. My stuff has been paid for on Wednesday when i received the invoice which should have arrived the previous Friday and I still haven't heard from DHL and I still don't have my parcel. This has been such a revolting experience in competency and service, I doubt I would ever use them again!
