Ridiculous pricing
Dear DHL,
My husband send me a 25g hormonal cream, valued at ZAR 380 (+-$26) through Postnet, door to door from Gauteng to Monrovia in Liberia (West Africa). On arrival here DHL Liberia, asked me $15 only to have the waybill and then i still have to clear from customs.
I asked DHL Liberia a quote on doing all for me and they quote me $175 (+-R2,500). It so ******* here and DHL is making up their on prices to pocket the rest.
Is there not a fix price per kg and value to be charged. I am not prepared to pay $175 for this then they can throw it in the bin.
